To finance outstanding students from countries within the Belt and Road Initiative to pursue studies in Our University, we offer “Silk Road” Chinese Government Scholarship for undergraduate programs.

About the Scholarship

Programs available:

(1) Civil Engineering;
(2) International Economics and Trade;
(3) International Marketing;
(4) Computer Science and Technology;
(5) Communication Engineering;
(6) Information and Computational Science (Statistics and Financial Actuarial Science);
(7) Food Science and Engineering;
(8) Applied Physics (Laser 3D Technology);
(9) Digital Media;
(10) Measurement and Control Technology (Robort Technology)

Instruction Language: Chinese

Study Period: 4 year bachelor education (for applicants without HSK4 certificate, 1 year preparatory education is required)  

Applicants’ Eligibility: 

(1) Non-Chinese citizen in good health from “The Belt and Road” countries;
(2) Senior High school graduate certificate;
(3) 18-35 years old;
(4) Excellent academic performance in senior high school;
(5) Language proficiency certification (preferred);

Scholarship Coverage: full scholarship

(1) Tuition;
(2) Free on-campus accommodation (double room);
(3) Monthly living allowance: 2500rmb per month;
(4) Comprehensive medical insurance for international students in China;

Note: The scholarship covers the applicants’ study duration 4 year bachelor education taught in Chinese. For applicants without HSK4 certificate, 1 year preparatory education is also covered by this scholarship. The applicants will receive an annual assessment of their academic performance and behavior from CSC(China Scholarship Council). If they fail the assessment, the scholarship will be canceled.

(2) Softcopy of senior high school graduation certificate;
(3) Softcopy of senior high school transcripts;
(4) Chinese proficiency test (HSK4) transcripts (not compulsory) ;
(5) Photocopy of passport;
(6) 2 Recommendation letters (either in English or Chinese);
(7) A Study Plan or Research Proposal  (either in English or Chinese, minimum of 200 words)
(8) Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
